summer goal

So since I did win the biggest loser competition I have lost the motivation to change my diet. Alas I am going to try this whole exercise this. The pain is difficult thing to get past but if I can do this i'll be in great shape for my cruise in august! Thats right I'm going to Alaska with Blair and his family... I am so excited!
